Mandy will take us through considering the construct and meaning of group memory.  From her own PhD research, she will provide interesting findings that offer possible links to the Transactional Analysis concept of psychological hungers.  This webinar will invite you to discuss your own perspectives and experience, toy with the hypothesis being put forward and contemplate whether the practical steps offered would be meaningful for your personally and professionally.
